Important info:
Each concrete vessel is handmade. We make new items each day. They take about 3 days to cure and another 7 for the wax and fragrances to set up. If you see an item you want, please proceed with the order and we will ship it once it's fully ready.
1. How long does shipping take?
Shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the United States. International shipping may take longer depending on the destination.
2. What is your return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund. Please note that the item must be in its original condition and packaging.
3. Can I cancel or change my order?
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or changed. However, if you need to make any modifications, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist you.
4. Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we offer international shipping to select countries. Please note that additional customs fees and taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations.
5. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to track the status of your shipment on our website or the carrier's website.
6. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept payment through PayPal and Shop for added convenience.
7. Are your products cruelty-free?
Yes, all of our products are cruelty-free. We do not use any products that are tested on animals and we ensure that our suppliers adhere to ethical practices.
8. Can I request a sample of your fragrance oils?
Unfortunately, we do not offer samples of our fragrance oils at this time but each order comes with a 1 oz sample of another product.

10. Do you offer wholesale or bulk pricing?
Yes, we offer wholesale and bulk pricing for larger orders. Please contact us directly to discuss your specific needs and we will provide you with more information.
11. Do you have a return policy?
Yes. We will accept our sprays back within 7 days of purchase if you are not satisfied. We do not accept candles back but will replace candles that may have been damaged in shipping. To report a damaged item, please take a photo of the broken item while it is in the packaging and send it to stonecreekscents@gmail.com
